STEP
STEP is an acronym for Supportive Teams for Educational Progress.
STEP is comprised of a group of specialized services that have been crafted with the goal of fostering student independence within the mainstream school environment. STEP offers a wide spectrum of services ranging from behavioral observation and teacher consultation to creation of full behavior support plans. The core of STEP is behavioral support for students. These services are created by the coordinators of the program and implemented by specially trained paraprofessionals.
Stephanie Kendall
Stephanie Kendall attended Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, Ohio Valley University in Vienna, West Virginia and Brattleboro Union High School, Brattleboro, Vermont.
Her interest in education began when she worked with children during in high school . She believes every child is an investment and it is important to give them the tools they need to grasp the future.
