Lower Elementary School - K - 3
The early elementary team is dedicated to provide a warm, nurturing child centered, optimal learning environment for our youngest learners. The primary teachers at Academy School are devoted to teaching the “whole child.” They focus on cognitive, social, emotional and physical development of each child. Exceptional core classroom teaching is enhanced with differentiated instruction. Learners are further supported with enrichment opportunities and/or interventions both during and after the traditional school day. Relying on the Common Core State Standards primary grade teachers confidently prepare students for the rigors of the upper grades.
